- Fertilize the entire corporate population towards a digital culture 
- Prepare management and integrate the culture of Smart Working in view of the change of location and new leadership models 
ACTIVITIES
- 2 waves of digital readiness mapping with SmartiveMap 
- Design and execution of a full Transformation Journey (content, organization, speaker selection) 
PARTICIPANTS AND LOCATION
- 450 people involved for about 12 months
