Volkswagen Financial Services Italy assigned to Smartive the design and the implementation of a new Cultural Transformation Journey for all internal Human Resources.
The full Smartive’s Open Transformation methodology will be applied along all the 2019, involving both Leadership Team and all the Company’s employees in several formats and engagement initiatives: from the Digital Competences mapping with SmartiveMap to Digital Summits with the management and Digital Breakfasts, Digital Academy sessions and Hackatons to build a common skills background and accelerate on Digital innovation.
Dedicated initiatives are also planned to engage and train the internal Digital Champions, people with a high level of Digital competences and Openness to Change and proactive players of the Journey. They will be actively involved in the Journey initiatives to contaminate colleagues and peers and push forward the Company towards a new Digital Mindset.
Smartive has designed the identity of the program, such as a dedicated naming and logo Driving Digital - Shaping the Future, communication materials and a multichannel Communication plan to disseminate in the whole organisation key messages, information about the initiatives and engagement.
