NEEDS
- Involve and train all the people of the marketing function towards the omnichannel culture 
- Provide the tools for an omnichannel approach to Novartis marketing, also through comparison and contamination with the experiences of other companies 
ACTIVITIES AND RESULTS
- Design and implementation of all training experiences (content, organization, speaker selection) 
- 40 people involved, 8 experiential sessions with experienced managers and guests, toolbox, mini-hackaton and coachingsessions
